New Features and Additions

New Procedures:

codeToFIPS - Convert State Code to FIPS Code.
stateToFIPS - Convert State name to FIPS Code.
FIPSToState - Convert FIPS to State name.
FIPSToCode - Convert FIPS to State code.
FIPSToCounty - Convert State and County FIPS to County name.

FIPS is the US Government's Department for Standards Publication. Among a lot of other things, they have a standard for referencing States and Counties by a numeric code (referred to in my documentation as the "FIPS Code"). The above procedures are handy for dealing with these codes. And naturally RPGNEXTLIB comes complete with all data files necessary for working with these codes.

NOTE: You will need to /copy rpgnextlib/qrpglesrc,cp_usrprs to use these procedures.

New Service Program, RNBUSRSPC:

create_User_Space - Create a User Space and Return the Pointer.
delete_User_Space - Delete a User Space and Return the Pointer.
get_User_Space_Pointer - Get a Pointer to a User Space.
get_Last_User_Space_Error - Get the last error message from this service program.

Known Bug Alert!

The CPYFTOCSV utility has some problem with the SQL Where statements and I am not happy with it's performance. If any would like to volunteer to work on that project please let me know, otherwise it will be quite a while until I get back to it.
